
Brazing
The flame brazing course consists of theoretical and practical work. During the theoretical part, the participants acquire basic and specific skills for performing the work of a solderer and it lasts two days. During the practical work, the participants acquire practical skills in flame brazing. The duration of practical work depends on the individual candidate or his previous knowledge and experience. At the end of the course, you have the opportunity to complete the certification process and obtain an international welder's certificate.
Content of the theoretical training: basics of flame brazing, advantages and disadvantages of this method of brazing, gases and their properties, equipment for flame brazing, influence of welding parameters on the brazing process, brazing techniques, protection and safety, the most common designations according to ISO and EN for brazing personnel, the most common mistakes in a brazed joint and their causes, basic concepts and types of brazed joints and their marking.
During the practical training, the instructors pay attention to each participant individually, and the exercises are adapted to their level of experience, as well as to the client's needs.
